November is a month of thanks. 💛
For the most part, I think folks have an attitude of gratitude more often than not. Now it may not seem like that as we watch the news or scroll the socials but let's not even go into that. 📱 😀
I know when I catch an attitude and get in my way I have to redirect and remind myself that amid the nonsense there is so much to be thankful for. I am talking about the little things: a home, car, health. Reminding myself to be thankful for these things even on the days when things are going great is good for me to do.
In a little over a week, Thanksgiving will be here and the real craziness of the holidays will be amongst us. Before we get there be sure to look for the little things to be grateful for each day. I am going to be mindful of this. If you need a little reminder or motivation to get this going. I can help ya out.
Starting November 15th share your thanks for:
Monday -Family
Tuesday- Something humorous
Wednesday- Friendship
Thursday - Favorite book
Friday- Technology/Social Media
Journal, write on a post-it note, a social media post, use your phone's notepad, or send a text. Just be sure to express some gratitude.
You will brighten up your day and someone else's.
