I can't do “phoneless Fridays” because of work, but I like this idea for my Sundays. :-)
I used to do that Friday into Saturday for Shabbat (I’m jewish). I would tell people if they needed me Friday or Saturday to drop by the synagogue or theatre because that’s where I’d be. Haha. I miss not having to feel the need to have my phone.
